Hamilton, Bermuda: 26 October 2023 – Acamar Films Limited., (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) of the extension of the maturity date of the Company’s BSX listed Secured Loan Note - Issue 029, 8.50% Notes Due October 26, 2023 to November 16, 2023. (the Notes)

 

The Exchange has therefore extended the maturity date of the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.

 

The Company has also advised the Exchange of a partial reduction of the notes of £480,000 pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listings Regulations, Section 5, Chapter 6, Regulation 6.8. The revised outstanding limit is now £500,000.
