Hamilton, Bermuda:  November 3, 2023 – Horizon Therapeutics Ireland DAC (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the BSX) of the maturity and redemption of the following securities listed on the BSX:

 

·         Horizon Therapeutics Ireland DAC - 6.9% Promissory Note due December 31, 2029

 

The de-listing of the securities from the BSX pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33 is effective today, November 3, 2022.
