Maturity Extension of Resilience Re Ltd Series 1711A - Discounted Zero Coupon Participating Notes

Hamilton, Bermuda: 16 November 2023 – Resilience Re Ltd. (the “Company”) has requested of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) a maturity extension of Series 1711A - Discounted Zero Coupon Participating Notes (the “Notes”). The BSX confirms the maturity extension of the Notes to 1 May 2024.

The Exchange has therefore extended the maturity date of the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.
