Hamilton, Bermuda: December 7, 2023 - In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Ursa Re II Ltd. has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) of the maturity and redemption of the Company’s below listed Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Notes:

 

·         Ursa Re II Ltd Series 2020-1 Class AA Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Notes Due December 7, 2023

·         Ursa Re II Ltd Series 2020-1 Class D Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Notes Due December 7, 2023

 

The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.  The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today, 7 December 2023.
