Hamilton, Bermuda:  December 18, 2023 – CLSA Global Markets PTE Ltd (the “Company”) advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) of the maturity and redemption of the Company’s BSX listed CLSA Global Markets PTE Ltd - Madison Holdings Group Limited due 29 August 2023 - 144A.

 

The company has also advised of an extension of maturity date of the Company’s listed CLSA Global Markets PTE Ltd - Madison Holdings Group Limited due 29 August 2023 – RegS to 29 August 2028

 

The Exchange has therefore de-listed  and extended the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33. The de-listing and extension is effective today Monday, 18 December 2023.
