Hamilton, Bermuda:  January 2, 2024 – Kilimanjaro III Re Limited (the “Company”) advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) of an extension of maturity date of the Company’s listed Kilimanjaro III Re Limited Series 2019-1 Class A-1 PAR VR Notes due December 19, 2023 to 8 January 2027.

 

The Exchange has therefore extended the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33. The extension is effective today Tuesday, 2 January 2024.
