Hamilton, Bermuda: 22 January 2024 - In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “Exchange”), Annuity and Life Re (Holding) Ltd. (the "Company"; Ticker: ANNRF.BH) announced that, as a result of a recent decision made by the Board of Directors of the Company, they have decided to terminate their service contracts with St. George’s Services Limited, RTA, and Clarien BSX Services Limited, Listing Sponsor, with effect from 31 December 2023.They will no longer be providing RTA or sponsor services.

 

As a result, and following an appointment process, they would like to advise that they have appointed Ocorian Management (Bermuda) Limited to act as Registrar and Transfer Agent and Ocorian Securities (Bermuda) Limited to act as Listing sponsor of the Company, with effect from 01 January 2024.
