Delisting of Akibare Re Ltd.

Hamilton, Bermuda: 12 April 2024 – Akibare Re Ltd., (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) of the maturity and redemption of the Company’s Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Notes Program and the Akibare Re Ltd. Series 2020-1 Class A Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Notes due April 7, 2024.

The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33. The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Friday, 12 April 2024.
