Hamilton, Bermuda:  July 16, 2025 – Lion III Re DAC (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the BSX) of the maturity and redemption of their Principal At-Risk Variable Rates Notes due July 16, 2025 listed on the BSX.

 

 

The de-listing of the securities from the BSX pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33 is effective today, July 16, 2025.
