Hamilton, Bermuda:  February 26, 2026 – Time Finance plc (formerly 1pm PLC) (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) of the maturity and redemption of the Company’s BSX listed Secured Loan Note - GBP£1,420,000 –Issue #17 8.75% Notes Due 24 February 2026 (the “Notes”).

 

The de-listing of the securities from the BSX pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Debt Listing Regulations - Regulation 6.17 (3), is effective today, February 26, 2026.

 

Redemption of Time Finance plc Secured Loan Notes

Hamilton, Bermuda – February 24, 2026 – Time Finance plc (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in accordance with their terms as of February 24, 2026 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP£1,420,000 – Issue 17, 8.75% Notes due February 24, 2026 (the “Notes”), said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
