BSX Approves Listing of Yachts of the Americas

Hamilton, Bermuda, 13 November 2001 - The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the approval of the listing of 23,140,000 Ordinary Shares of Yachts of the Americas.

The Company was incorporated under the laws of Bermuda on 30 June 1999.

Yachts of the Americas is an early stage development company, which intends to position itself to become a premier manufacturer of luxury quality motor yachts. Yachts is developing a state of the art yacht building facility in Progresso, Yucatan, Mexico, which will operate in accordance with the terms of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the In-Bond (Maquiladora) Program in Mexico.

The listing of the Ordinary Shares of Yachts of the Americas is sponsored by First Bermuda Financial Services Ltd.

The issue is being introduced for listing under the Restricted Marketing provisions of the Exchange and is for securities that are aimed at Qualified Investors, being individuals or institutions that invest either a minimum of $100,000 or otherwise meet one of the suitability tests defined by the Exchange.
