Hamilton, Bermuda: 19 November, 2001- Global Crossing Ltd. has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that Directors Thomas J. Casey, Norman Brownstein and Eric Hippeau have tendered their resignations from the Board, effective October 19th and November 15th respectively.
