Hamilton, Bermuda, 26 November 2001 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the voluntary withdrawal from listing of the Class A and B Participating Redeemable Preference Shares of R.W. Thames Pan-European Fund Ltd. The withdrawal from listing was made at the request of the Fund which, as of 24 October 2001, had redeemed all of its outstanding Class A and B Shares.
The withdrawal from listing on the BSX was effective 21 November 2001.
