XL Capital Appoints Richard Banas Chief Underwriting Officer
Mr. Banas previously served as a Managing Director of One Beacon, and prior to One Beacon acquiring CGU - North America, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Insurance Operating Officer at CGU. From 1974 to 1995, Mr. Banas served in underwriting and business development capacities at St. Paul Fire and Marine.
