Further LOM Shares "Free Trading"
Hamilton, Bermuda: 21 January 2002€” LOM (Holdings) Limited (LOM) today confirmed to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that a further 213,928 of its restricted shares are now free-trading shares. These shares represent the 10% of the outstanding Non-Founder shares being released 6 months following LOM's listing on the BSX on July 20th, 2001 and in accordance with the schedule noted in LOM's Information Memorandum
