KeyTech Announces Executive Appointments
"The Board of Directors of KeyTech Limited are pleased to announce the appointments of Ms. Sheila Manderson to the position of Chief Executive Officer and Ms. Sheila Lines to the position of Chief Financial Officer.
Ms. Manderson joins KeyTech with twelve years of international executive experience. She was Executive Director of the Bermuda Hospitals Board from 1994 to 1999.
A Bermudian, Ms. Manderson holds an MBA degree from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, and has completed post graduate advanced management and executive development courses at the University of California at Berkeley and Stanford University, Palo Alto California, respectively.
For the last three years Ms. Lines has worked in the finance group in the Bermuda head office of Southern Cross Cable Network, an owner and operator of a submarine cable system linking Australia and New Zealand to the United States. Prior to joining Southern Cross she was Chief Financial Officer at the CCS Group Ltd, a Bermuda based network communications, professional services and cabling company.
Ms. Lines received a Bachelor of Laws from University College, University of London. She is also a Chartered Accountant and an Associate Corporate Treasurer.
