Argonaut Financial Services Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Argonaut Limited; a Bermuda based Corporate Management and Fund Administration Company.
In making the announcement, BSX President & CEO Greg Wojciechowski stated, "We are pleased to welcome Argonaut Financial Services Limited to the Bermuda Stock Exchange. We firmly believe that this alliance will further strengthen and enhance our respective lines of business."
AFSL plans to provide listing sponsor services to their clients, including several fund products.
In response to the announcement AFSL President and CEO Michael Collins stated, "We are delighted to join the BSX as a Listing Sponsor and look forward to adding this additional service to those that we provide to the Global Finance Industry generally and Mutual Funds in particular."
As a BSX Listing Sponsor, AFSL will have the ability to sponsor applications for new listings of mutual funds, fixed income, depository receipts, and secondary listing of equities. AFSL joins Continental Sponsors Limited, Harbour Financial Services Limited, Quorum Sponsors Limited and Reid Services Limited, bringing the current number of BSX Listing Sponsors to five.
