Hamilton, Bermuda: 2 April 2002€” KeyTech Limited has today advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) of the repurchase by the Company of BTC's 7 ¾ % Notes to March 31, 2002. 61,237 Notes with a par value of $918,555 were purchased during the 12 months ended March 31, 2002.
Additionally, the Company noted that 6,295 Key Tech shares were repurchased during the 12 months ended March 31 2002 with a par value of $6,295 at an average price of $41.07.
