Hamilton, Bermuda: A 2002€” The China Heartland Fund has today advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that the Company's Special General Meeting held on 18th April 2002 was adjourned due to lack of a quorum and consequently the Adjourned Special General meeting will be reconvened on 6th May, 2002.
