Hamilton, Bermuda: 20 May, 2002 - FairBoss Corporation Director Tim Poeton has today advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that the minimum 100,000 share subscription level on the company's Bermuda Stock Exchange Mezzanine Market Registration Statement has been reached.
The FairBoss share offering will remain open for less than 60 days - the offering ends July 15.
