Hamilton, Bermuda, 30 May 2002 - BELCO Holdings Limited has today advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 38.5 cents per share to shareholders of record 14 June 2002 payable on 28 June 2002.
