KeyTech Subsidiary Announces Plans To Publish Directory
BTC Advanced Communications Limited (BTC ACL), a subsidiary of KeyTech, will become the publisher of the directory as of July 1, 2002. Previous directory publications were outsourced to an independent supplier, Island Press Limited. This strategic initiative will allow BTC to have input in all aspects of the publishing process of Bermuda's original and most comprehensive directory. In addition, it will allow for meaningful integration of directory publication into their portfolio of telecommunications products.
"BTC wants to assure advertisers that they can continue to expect innovation in both the print and on-line directories, and should look forward to exciting new products with the start of the sales campaign for the 2003/2004 directory, which begins in September", says Ona Fletcher, BTC Spokesperson. She adds, "Consumers can also count on the directory to continue to be Bermuda's one-stop, easy-to-use information source"
Offices for the new Bermuda Telephone Directory„¢ operation will be located at the Swan Building, 26 Victoria Street.
