The All Points Fund of Funds Limited (the "Fund") is an open-end mutual fund company and is incorporated in Bermuda as an exempted company with limited liability. The principal objective of the Company is to achieve capital growth while attempting to limit investment risk. The objective of the Alternative Class is to achieve capital growth with downside protection through investment in highly regarded alternative investment ("hedge") funds or discretionary investment accounts managed by independent managers.
The Investment Manager for the Fund is Bermuda International Investment Management Limited ("BIIML"), a wholly owned subsidiary of The Bank of Bermuda Limited.
The listing of this additional Class of the All Points Fund of Funds Limited is sponsored by Bermuda International Securities Limited ("BISL"), also a wholly owned subsidiary of The Bank of Bermuda Limited.
