In her new position, Ms. Robinson will be responsible for providing legal support for the growth and development of KeyTech interests in Bermuda and elsewhere as part of the KeyTech management team. These companies include BTC, Logic Communications, BTC Mobility, BTC Advanced Communications and Genespidernet (GSN).
Ms. Robinson, a Bermudian, brings experience in the local telecommunications industry, first as a litigator with Marshall & Company, where she acted for clients in matters including telecommunications regulatory work, then as Senior Legal Counsel for TeleBermuda International Limited. During her time at TBI, Ms. Robinson was responsible for regulatory matters, contractual negotiations and litigation management.
Earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from McGill University in 1988, Ms. Robinson went on to earn her Bachelor of Laws degree from Queen's University, Kingston, in 1991. She was called to the bar in Ontario, Canada in 1993 and Bermuda in 1996.
