The Aquarius Fund Ltd. was incorporated in the British Virgin Islands on 16 October 1997 and was granted public fund status in BVI on 18 March 2002.
The Fund's objective is to achieve long-term capital growth by investing either directly, or indirectly through selected funds or investment managers, in a strategically determined mix of global fixed income securities, equity securities, derivative securities, currencies and other investment assets with an emphasis on long term growth.
Continental Sponsors Ltd sponsors the listing of the Participating Shares of the Funds. The securities are being listed under the Listing Regulations for Collective Investment Schemes and the provisions for General Marketing.
