Hamilton, Bermuda: 3 October 2002 - FairBoss Corporation CFO Mark Miller announced today the date for the FairBoss Corporation general meeting of shareholders and results of the recent common share offering.
The general shareholders meeting will be held on Wednesday November 6, 2002 at 10:00 A.M. in the Maplewood, NJ office located at 2040 Millburn Ave, Suite 403.

FairBoss Corporation also announced today that the company's Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) Mezzanine Market share offering has closed. A total of 132,200 common shares were issued for proceeds of $793,200. This brings the total of issued and outstanding common shares to 332,200.
