Hamilton, Bermuda, 27 November 2002 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced that, pursuant to Section IV, Chapter 6, Part B, Regulation 6.39 (4) of the International Listing Rules, all listed securities of the Primasia Korea Equities Fund were redeemed. The redemption was effective as of 2 September, 2002.
The Fund is currently seeking new investors and will continue to maintain a listing on the BSX until further notice.
Separately, the Fund announced the resignation of Mr. Hyung Sung Kim as director effective 6 November, 2002.
