Geronimo Group Announces New Domicile

Hamilton, Bermuda: December 10, 2002 -- The Geronimo Group (the Group) is pleased to announce that the Group and its subsidiaries have re-domiciled from The Bahamas to The British Virgin Islands (BVI). The Group provides products in leading emerging countries of Latin America in the areas of investment banking, asset management and corporate finance structure products.

The Group has been authorized in its BVI's Articles & Memorandum of Association to engage in the business of investment banking, corporate finance and financial adviser; acting as a broker-dealer, whether acting as a dealer for its own account as principal or as a broker for the account of another; underwriting of securities offerings, in the brokerage, issuance and placement of securities and derivatives.

The Group's back office operations will stay in the Bahamas, and will be carried out, through a management agreement by the CIBC Trust Company (Bahamas) Ltd.
