Hamilton, Bermuda: 19 December 2002 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange announced the de-listing of the MRM Offitbank High Yield Bond Fund Limited effective today, 19 December 2002. The de-listing of both the Accumulation Shares and the Income Shares of the Fund was made at the request of the Fund following the winding up of the Fund.
