KeyTech Limited Advises BSX of Preferred Shareholders Holding More Than 5%.

Hamilton, Bermuda, 24 December 2002 - KeyTech Limited has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) of details of the holders of its Preferred Shares who hold more than 5% of that class of security, pursuant to the requirements of the BSX Listing Regulations.

The details are as follows:-

BSD Nominee - 19.69% (of which 16.11% is held for Murdoch & Company).

Harcourt & Company - 9.87%.

Bermuda Telephone Company Limited Employee's Retirement Plan - 9.66%.

Bermuda Life Insurance Company Limited - 9.41%.

KeyTech Limited further advised that should certain holders of Preferred Shares convert in full their current holding of Preferred Shares, their holding of KeyTech Limited Common Shares would be as detailed below:-

BSD Nominee would become the holder of 41.26% (of which 15.50% would be held for Murdoch & Company).

Harcourt & Company would become the holder of 9.20%.

Bermuda Life Insurance Company Limited would become the holder of 8.47%.

Bermuda Telephone Company Limited Employee's Retirement Plan would become the holder of 7.32%.
