Bank of Bermuda Announces Resignation of Geoffrey Elliott as Director
Hamilton, Bermuda: 31 December 2002 - The Bank of Bermuda Limited has today advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that Mr. Geoffrey Elliott has tendered his resignation as a Director of the Bank effective as of 31 December 2002. Mr Elliott, who was due to stand for re-election at the Bank's 2003 Annual General Meeting, has expressed his wish to step down earlier in order to finish his current book project and to meet a heavy schedule of other personal engagements.
