Further LOM Shares "Free Trading"
Hamilton, Bermuda: 20 January 2003 - LOM (Holdings) Limited (LOM) today confirmed to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that a further 1,176,607 of its restricted shares became free trading shares effective 20th January 2003. These shares represent 55% of the outstanding Non-Founder shares released 18 Months after LOM's listing on the BSX on July 20th 2001 and in accordance with the schedule noted in LOM's Information Memorandum. Accordingly, all Non-Founder LOM Shares (totaling 2,139, 284) are now free trading.
