Hamilton, Bermuda: January 29,2003 - The Bermuda Exchange has been advised that as a result of the national strike in Venezuela which has paralyzed the country since 2 December, 2002 with nearly all economic activity at a standstill and not many people working including the Company's Investment Manager and Administrator, Auditors and the property valuers who would normally be instructed to assess the value of the assets of the Company, the Directors of The Nordhavn Fund Corporation (the "Fund") have temporarily suspended the calculation of the Net Asset Value of the Class A Shares of the Fund as at 31 December 2002. Accordingly, all issues and redemptions of shares of the Class A Shares of the Fund have also been suspended and dealings on the Bermuda Stock Exchange are suspended with immediate effect.
