KeyTech Advises BSX of Large Shareholder
Hamilton, Bermuda, 3 February 2003 - Pursuant to Section IIA, Chapter 6, Regulation 6.14(2)(ii) of the BSX Listing Regulations, KeyTech Ltd. has notified the Exchange that Lawrie (Bermuda) Limited, of Crown House, 4 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton, currently holds 544,000 of its common shares via Wilson & Co. This represents 6.3% of the common shares of KeyTech Ltd.
