Tyco International Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

Pembroke, Bermuda, March 17, 2003 - The Board of Directors of Tyco International Ltd. (NYSE-TYC, LSE-TYI, BSX-TYC) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of one and one quarter cents per common share. The dividend is payable on May 1, 2003 to shareholders of record on April 1, 2003.
