W.P. Stewart & Co., Ltd. Announces Management Changes In North American Marketing And Client Service
Mr. Buxbaum previously served as Senior Vice-President of W.P. Stewart Asset Management (NA), Inc. ("WPSAM (NA)"). He has almost 20 years experience in the investment and wealth management business including a senior management position at Citigroup Asset Management where he served a global client base and managed over $500 million in U.S. equity investments. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research.
W.P. Stewart also announced that Robert D. Rosenthal has relinquished his role as Deputy Managing Director of the Company and as Chairman and CEO of WPSAM (NA).
Having successfully created and staffed W.P. Stewart's internal marketing and client service group, Mr. Rosenthal is returning to Long Island to again devote his time and attention to the development of new,significant client relationships for the Company. He will focus his efforts primarily on the metropolitan New York area. Mr. Rosenthal will remain a director of WPSAM (NA)and provide marketing and client service advice to the Company.
