Hamilton, Bermuda: 9 April 2003 - LOM (Holdings) Limited (LOM) has today informed the Bermuda Stock Exchange that under its Employee Share Option Plan, on March 26 2003 David Surmon, General Counsel of the subsidiaries of LOM (Holdings) Limited, exercised 10,000 options at a price of $1.85 each.

Mr. Surmon continues to hold additional options under the Employee Share Option Plan.
