BSX Approves Listing of up to 775,000 Series 1 Participating Preference Shares of Octane Diversified
The Fund was incorporated on 29 November 2002 under the laws of the British Virgin Islands and is classified as a Professional Fund under the Mutual Funds Act 1996.
The Fund has been established as a fund to funds structure and will invest all of its assets in Octane Gamma Limited, Octane Secure Limited, Octane Invest Fund Limited and Octane Value Limited (collectively the "Octane Funds"). The Investment strategy of the Fund is to seek long term capital appreciation by investing its assets primarily among the Octane Funds which seek diversified investment opportunities primarily in the global equity, debt, commodity or currency markets.
Continental Sponsors Ltd. sponsors the listing of the Series 1 Participating Preference Shares of the Fund. The securities are being listed under the Listing Regulations for Collective Investment Schemes and the provisions for Restricted Marketing.
