Hamilton, Bermuda: 28 April 2003 - Kentucky Fried Chicken (Bermuda) Ltd. (KFCB.BH) has given notice to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) of its intention to commence a repurchase programme for its Common Shares.

In the notice Kentucky Fried Chicken (Bermuda) Limited has indicated that up to 50,000 shares may be repurchased, which represents 8.37% of its outstanding shares.
