Masters Limited Announces Share Repurchase Programme

Hamilton, Bermuda: 28 April 2003 - Masters Limited (MSTR.BH) has given notice to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) of its intention to commence a repurchase programme for its Common Shares.

In the notice Masters Limited has indicated that up to 100,000 shares may be repurchased, which represents 8.88% of its outstanding shares.
