Hamilton, Bermuda: 7 May 2003 - KeyTech Limited has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) of details of the holders of its Common Shares who hold more than 5% of that class of security following its recent stock dividend and the conversion of some of its Preferred Shares pursuant to the requirements of the BSX Listing Regulations.

The details are as follows: -

BSD Nominee - 35.40%

Harcourt & Company - 9.87%

Bermuda Telephone Company Limited Employee's Retirement Plan - 7.28%

Bermuda Life Insurance Company Limited - 7.58%

KeyTech Limited further advised of the holders of Preferred Shares who hold more than 5% of that class.

BSD Nominee - 23.10%

Harcourt & Company - 11.20%

Bermuda Telephone Company Limited Employee's Retirement Plan - 6.90%
