KeyTech Announces Appointment Of New Director

Hamilton, Bermuda: 5 June 2003 - The Board of KeyTech are delighted to announce that Fiona Beck, President and Chief Operating Officer of Southern Cross Cable Network, has been appointed to the KeyTech Board of Directors, effective June 2003.

Fiona Beck brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the telecommunications industry having served as a senior manager within Telecom New Zealand and as a manager within the management consulting division of the accounting firm, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
