KeyTech Announces Quarterly Dividend
In determining the increase to the common share dividend the Board of KeyTech considered the ability of the company to fund capital expenditure requirements in the immediate future and also the decreased total preferred dividend cash requirement resulting from the conversion of over half of the preferred shares to common shares prior to the 1 for 10 common share dividend on 30th April 2003.
The quarterly dividend for the preferred shareholders of record on the 30th June 2003, will be calculated on 8% per annum on the issue price of $10 per preferred share.
