PartnerRe Ltd. Increases Common Share Dividend To $1.24 Per Share

Pembroke, Bermuda, June 5, 2003 - PartnerRe Ltd. today announced that its Board of directors has voted to increase the quarterly dividend to $0.31 per common share, from $0.29 per common share, representing a 6.9% increase. This increase will apply to the next dividend expected to be delclared on August 4, 2003, and payable on September 2, 2003.

PartnerRe Ltd. has increased its dividend every year since its inception in 1983.
