Hamilton, Bermuda: 20 June 2003 - LOM (Holdings) Limited (LOM) has today informed the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that on 19 May, 2003 the Company purchased 300 of its Common Shares at a price of $1.80 per share.

Furthermore, the Company advised that the repurchased shares have been cancelled.
