Hamilton, Bermuda: 26 June 2003 - LOM (Holdings) Limited (LOM.BH) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) of the following appointment:

Scott Hill has been appointed onto the Executive Board at LOM, his new role being Executive Vice President, Compliance. He has worked with LOM since 1995 and has performed a variety of functions during that time from investment adviser, manager of the LOM offices in Cayman and from 1998 heading up LOM's compliance unit. This is a positive move for Scott and LOM in taking the business forward.
