KeyTech Limited Preferred Shares Converted To Common Shares

Hamilton, Bermuda: 2 July 2003 - KeyTech Limited (KEY.BH) advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that in the fiscal year to 31st March 2003 holders of 1,637 preferred shares chose to convert their preferred shares to common shares, and as a consequence 1,637 common shares were issued.

Subsequent to 31st March 2003 holders of 1,013,294 have chosen to convert their preferred shares to common shares.
