Hamilton, Bermuda, 7 July 2003 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the voluntary withdrawal from listing of TL Leveraged Cross Currency & Bond Fund Ltd. The withdrawal from listing was made at the request of the Fund, which, as of 10 February 2003, had redeemed all of its outstanding Shares.

The withdrawal from listing on the BSX was effective as of 1 July 2003.
