Hamilton, Bermuda: 21 July 2003 - LOM Holdings Limited (LOM) today confirmed to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that the remainder of its restricted shares became free trading effective 21st July 2003. These shares represent the outstanding Founder shares released 24months after LOM's listing on the BSX on 20th July 2001 and in accordance with the schedule noted in LOM's Information Memorandum.
