Bermuda Aviation Services Announces Changes To The Board

Hamilton, Bermuda: 28 July 2003 - Bermuda Aviation Services (BAS.BH) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that at a regular meeting of the Board, Mr. Neville Conyers stepped down as Chairman and was replaced by Mr. Richard Pearman. Ms. Patricia Lynn was named as Vice Chairman.

Mr. Conyers will stay on the Board and remain a Member of the Board's Executive Committee.
